| Meet Natalie. She's eight years old and if she didn't have that white face, you'd never know it. Natalie came to us through the Humane Society in Tallahassee. She's another gal who was facing euthanasia because of her age and the fact that she was heartworm positive. Fortunately one of their directors pulled her and held her until we could bring her into GRRMF's program. |
No...she doesn't have green eyes, and yes...she will protect you from green ducks :)
| Natalie is another example of your donations at work. GRRMF has had her treated for heartworms and done a complete work-up on this girl. Our vet discovered that her thyroid was out of whack and prescribed .08 of thyrozine. Since then she's been re-tested and is now down to .04. She is to be tested once more and our vet thinks she will be on .02. The minimum dose you can prescribe.. Great news. Also we discovered a lump on her and it was biopsied. Benign!!! Is she worth it? You bet!!! Natalie is such a sweetheart. She's what a Golden is supposed to be, Golden. She gets along with ALL other dogs and loves people, she's very cute to boot! |
| Natalie is being fostered by Linda and her girls in Sarasota. Linda is known as the Richard Simmons of the dog world. She's got Natalie looking good! If I were you I would get that application in fast! Linda brought Natalie to our last 'Education Day" and what a hit she was! Who wouldn't want this sweetie? |
