Matthew has been with us for
about 6 months and he has turned around quite a
bit. When he came to us, he was grosly underweight and very nervous
(especially around men). His previous owners had also shaved him, making his
frail body more pronounced.

We've put about 10 lbs. on him (although he could use another 5-10) and his
coat has come in beautifully. He does get occasional hot spots and we are
starting him on Missing Link to see if that helps.

He does very well with Saharah and I think he'd be fine in a house with a
dominant female. HE SHOULD NOT BE PLACED WITH MALE DOGS.

Matthew adores older children and walks nicely on a leash. He is 100% housebroken
and loves to lounge in bed in the mornings. He could wait until Noon to be
let out for the the first time in the day if we'd let him. We don't crate
him during the day while we're at work and he's never given us any trouble.
