He was bounced from home to home trying to find his forever place in this world. And we don't know why!! Is it because he is not 100% Golden Retriever? He certainly has all of the attributes that make Goldens special, and his foster mom thinks he is 100% Gold. And he is guaranteed to save you some gold - because he is an honorary Golden, his adoption fee is only $50! All this loving and affection for only $50? He is the steal of the year. |

| As you can see from Corey's pictures, he loves to have fun. He plays with his foster siblings all day long but also respects those who choose not to join in. He will chase the ball, roughhouse with his sister Grace or brother Brody or chase his sister Bonita all over the yard. As he is all boy - he does not mind getting down and dirty. Luckily, a quick brushing, and he is as good as new. He loves to kiss all of his foster siblings. So far no one has objected to wet kisses on the face. |

He travels nicely in the car - sitting in the back seat and watching the world go by. He gets excited when he goes for a walk but with a little regular practice, he is progressing nicely. He is well behaved in the house and easily goes into his crate at night. All he needs to hear are the words "Kennel up" and off he goes to wait for his treat in there. He sleeps in his crate at night to give the other guys a rest. We are not sure if he would choose to play all night if given the option. He is quiet in the crate and will wiggle his entire body in the morning waiting for you to come get him. |

In his former foster home, he loved to be near the cat. In his current home, the cat is in a room with a baby gate in the doorway. He has not even looked over the gate let alone jump over it to get to the cat. Which is just fine with the cat! Why not bring a little sunshine into your life and bring Corey home? He is sweet, loving and loves to hear that he is a good boy. When he hears your voice he will run from the other side of the yard just to be near you. He is waiting to hear from you. |
